There’s a sign on a coffee shop I walked past this week that read: “The best way to make dreams come true is to wake up.” Unlike our club, they hadn’t woken up so I couldn’t buy a coffee. But our club is wide awake. We wake up every day to fulfill our mission: to improve child safety, health, and education in the communities we serve. We all have dreams. And we are in the remarkable position to help hundreds of children achieve theirs. I am proud, and deeply humbled, to serve as the President in 2025-2026, of a club of Rotarians who wake up each day committed to making a difference.
